Remember when you could talk to someone on the phone? You can still do it and ask questions before you order. Every time what I have order gets to me faster then I thought it could. They must head to the Post Office as soon as they are off the phone. Call them yourselves and order on the phone like old times. Nice to have people that really know their product.

I received my stock last week and right away I had to take a few minutes to admire the workmanship. I ended up installing it a few days later and it was a breeze. I thought I was going to have a hard time with it, but it was extremely easy. My Talon SS now feels like a real rifle. It feels great and shoots awesome. Definitely has a more rigid feel to it. I wanted to take a minute to personally thank you for your kind attention towards handling my calls, questions, and any concerns I had. If and when I have to purchase a new airgun or any other accessory, you bet I'll be giving you a call. Thank you very much!

I called Randy to place an order for a shroud kit, and let me tell you... this baby works!!! Sound levels drop to 43%, lower than me ole Sheridan Silver Streak @ 9 pumps. Even tighten the grouping of Talon "P", WoW! Veteran friendly (told everyone at my AL post),Very professional, Superior quality product, Fast delivery (Co. to Oh in three days) That's what I call *10 star* service..
Randy- Just got the Condor scope mounted today. I ordered a .22 with custom valveing. What I recieved is the best airgun I have EVER put my hands on. This thing is shooting 1.5 inch groups at 100 yrds and is great. Im sure fine tuning will tighten this down as I'm not using chrono graph. Setting 8. This is the last airgun I will ever buy because after shooting the best I will not be interrested in the rest!

p.s. 2 screws in butt rather than one that loosens is the only thing I would reccomend. Petty but easy fix.

Randy gives the best posssible service. Had a problem with my spin-loc valve. Replaced it with two day service. Just got a new 18" barrel to go with the 12" on my Talon SS. Today, I shot 6 consecutive 5 shot groups at 10 yards that averaged .088 inch center to center. Amazing!!!!!
